Warranty

This limited warranty applies only when the equipment is used in accordance with the written operating instructions provided by Water Service Elite Inc. The warranty becomes void if the equipment is modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized individuals, or if it has been subject to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

Any applicable labor coverage will be specified in the product documentation, manufacturer’s warranty, or specific service agreement.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water Service Elite Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to the coverage period defined in the manufacturer’s written warranty or this agreement, whichever is shorter.

Limitation of Liability

Remedies under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of defective equipment or components, as specified. Water Service Elite Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages—including but not limited to property damage—arising from the use or inability to use the equipment, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Customer Legal Rights

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, certain limitations stated in this warranty may not apply to the customer.

This warranty provides specific legal rights to the customer. Additional rights may also be available depending on applicable state or local laws.
